VENTED COVERS

GEP Power Products is excited to announce the release of our new vented cover solutions, now available for select FRH and PDM product families.

Designed for demanding electrical environments, GEP vented covers help manage pressure, moisture, and environmental exposure inside sealed electrical enclosures. By allowing air and vapor pressure to equalize between the inside and outside of the cover, the vent helps reduce the vacuum effect that can pull moisture and contaminants into the enclosure through seals, interfaces, or capillary paths.

This added pressure equalization helps support long-term enclosure reliability, especially in applications exposed to thermal cycling, altitude changes, humidity, washdown conditions, and rugged vehicle environments. GEP vented covers give OEMs and engineers another way to improve enclosure performance and long-term reliability in applications where sealed electrical systems are exposed to changing environmental conditions.
